Lyndsey (Manager)
Firstly I would like to thank all of our customers and new readers for taking the time to visit our website.
Since opening the shop in 2009 I have been fortunate to meet and serve many of our customers personally, which has given us a fantastic customer base and a local presence in Luton and the surrounding areas.
I love meeting the new customers that walk through our door every day, and catching up with returning ones for a gossip!
Dannielle (Senior Florist)
Since joining us in 2009 Dannielle has become a valued member of the Silver Birch Team. She is a specialist in fabulous and unusual creations and can create the WOW factor for our customers.
Dannielle has many regular customers that always pop in to say hello and admire her creative talent.
If you are looking for something a little different just ask Dannielle who will point you in the right direction.
Stuart (Dad, Delivery Driver, Fixer Upper and anything else that needs doing!)
The delivery driver with a smile and always ready to chat, just don't offer him a tea or coffee as you might never get rid of him!
Pop into our shop and you might catch him in between his deliveries with clipboard in hand and a van full of sandwiches (crusts are always saved for Taz)...! Don't tell him I've told you!
Tracy (Florist)
The newest addition to the Silver Birch family, as you can tell she is camera shy, although we are working on her!
Tracy is a very friendly face when you need to discuss, sometimes the most difficult orders, she is always there to listen and understand our customers needs.
Taz (Quality Control Manager!)
Never seen but always heard, Taz likes to make his presence felt. He likes nothing better than to curl up in the sunshine and wait for Stuart's sandwich crusts to conveniently fall in his basket.
